Terms & Conditions

Epsom Skin Clinics strive to provide a service at very competitive prices; however when patients fail to arrive for booked appointments, our practitioners are left idle, if we were to take these missed appointments into account, it may result in us having to look at our pricing structure.

Booking Fees

New patients are charged a one off £50 booking fee for all Botox, Dermal Filler & Thread Lift consultations with our Nurses & Doctors which is fully redeemable against your treatment Please note that this booking fee is not refundable if you fail to attend your appointment without giving 48 hours notice or you choose not to go ahead with treatment for personal reasons. This booking fee is also no longer redeemable after 6 months from the date of your consultation. There will be a booking fee of £100 for clients that wish to have treatment on the same day as their consultation.

Existing Patients

The following deposits apply for specific treatments payable in advance, please also note that the fees below are non-refundable should you fail to attend your appointment without giving 24 hours notice:

Procedures including Minor Operations, Botox & Dermal Fillers with a Doctor or Nurse carry a redeemable deposit fee of £100.

Thread Lift & Ultherapy Procedures with a Doctor carry a redeemable deposit fee of 15% of your total bill.

Procedures including R20 Tattoo Removal, Fotona 4D & Full Body Hair Removal with a therapist carry a redeemable deposit fee of 50% of your total bill.

Open Evenings & Events

Due to the popularity and success of our evenings and events, we need to take a £25 deposit to secure your place. This deposit is fully refundable after the event whether you decided to go ahead with treatment or not.

Cancellation, failure to arrive for appointments and late arrival

Please note for all patients a £40 administration fee will be charged if you have cancelled  /rescheduled any appointment less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. For patients who have pre-purchased a course of treatment, they will forfeit one of the treatments instead of paying the fee.

Late arrival to your appointment may result in reduced treatment time or the forfeiting of the appointment. We will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. We do not offer compensation if we cancel your appointment.

If a genuine provable reason prevents you from attending at the last minute, your default fee may be refunded at the discretion of management.

Please note that cancellations can only be made during our opening hours which are 09:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Saturday and 10.00 to 16.00 Sunday. Out of hours messages will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law. You are entitled to a full refund on any unused products or treatment courses you haven’t started, if you change your mind within 30 days of purchase.

Treatment Guarantee Policy

It’s important to understand that individual results from treatments may vary and are not guaranteed. While our medical team is highly skilled and will use their expertise and experience to provide the best treatment possible, each patient’s body responds differently to medical procedures and treatments.

Factors such as age, overall health, lifestyle choices, and individual medical history can all play a role in determining the effectiveness of your treatment. Additionally, medical knowledge and techniques evolve over time, and although we strive to offer the most current and effective treatments available, there is always an inherent risk and limitation associated with any medical procedure.

It is important to understand that treatment outcomes can differ between patients and that no specific results are assured or guaranteed.
