Patient loyalty programme – live from 1st March 2021
We are delighted to share with you further details of our brand new patient loyalty programme launching in clinic from Monday 1st March.
Unlike previous loyalty programmes which relied on patients keeping track of visits using a physical card, this system is linked to your client record and is updated automatically so you never miss out or points or discounts.
We will credit your account with points based on every purchase at the clinic. For every £100 you spend, you will receive 50 points, which is worth £5.
Points can be accrued and saved for you to use as and when you like and can be used across any clinic service and any practitioner.
Extra points will be rewarded every time you rebook a service. Whether you book online or in clinic, you will benefit from additional points for each and every service you book at the time of checkout.
Additional points will be available when you purchase any therapy package and also for each and every friend or family member you refer into the clinic who has treatment.
Points are saved in the loyalty area of your account and can be redeemed as and when you like, across any service and any practitioner.
