CORONAVIRUS SAFETY BULLETIN
The safety of our clients has always been at the centre of what we do. With the developing cases of Coronavirus in the UK, it’s important to make you aware of the extra measures and precautions we’ve put in place to protect our clients and staff.
When you book your next appointment our front of house team will ask if you’re showing signs & symptoms of coronavirus. If you’re symptom free, you will then be asked to confirm you have not travelled to a number of specified countries in the last 2 weeks. We’ve also added this screening to our appointment reminders covering all clients entering the clinic.
If you confirm you have been to one of the listed countries, we will book an appointment for a minimum of 3 weeks from the date you returned to the UK. This is regardless of whether you’re showing symptoms or not.
Hand gel dispensers are available throughout the clinic and our staff have been briefed to remind clients to use sanitiser at different points of treatment including when they enter the building and the treatment rooms. Staff have also been briefed on increased levels of hand washing and hand santitisation before, during and after appointments.
Daily Deep Cleaning
As a clinical practice we always maintain the highest standards of cleaning and sanitation however, in light of the outbreak our already rigorous cleaning routines have been reviewed and we’ve introduced a ‘Coronovirus daily cleaning schedule’. This includes the regular sanitisation of all the clinic waiting and retail areas as well as all the handles and banisters throughout the clinic.
