1) What happens to my deposit I paid for treatment?
Your deposit is safe and secure and will remain on your account during this time

2) What happens to my course, can I get a partial refund?
Your course is safe and secure and will remain on your account, no refund can be made

3) Can I order retail products whilst you are closed?
Clients wishing to purchase retail can email in and we can post products out to them. This is subject to our suppliers staying open and stock levels.This includes non-prescription and prescription products. Details on how to pay for these products will be sent asap.

4) I have a follow up appointment which I think medically I require?
Video & phone follow ups will be made available should they be required.
