Covid-19 the steps we are taking to protect our clients
2) We are screening all calls that come through to the clinic and making bookings 3 weeks ahead for anyone that falls into a risk category.
3) We are offering telephone call follow up appointments if required, as well as delivering your products direct to your home.
4) We are staggering appointments booked in the diary to avoid any un-necessary gatherings and when in clinic you will be one of only 2-3 clients.
5) On top of our regular stringent cleaning protocol we have increased the volume of cleaning but also introduced daily Covid-19 cleaning to include the cleaning of all the multiple touch points throughout the building.
6) We have postponed current events to avoid un-necessary gatherings.
7) We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the NHS and Public Health England, amongst others.
8) Our reception team is available to answer any questions about your experience, work with you on the best care option and provide more information on the many precautions we’re taking to protect your health and safety.
